Charles T. "Butch" Hatchell received
construction training at Chicago Technical College and has 24
years of hands on experience in the home building industry. He
specializes in traditional upscale custom homes and builds approximately
20 per year. Butch is an active member of the Home Builders Association
of Greater Columbia, has been a participant in the Parade of Homes,
serves on the Political Education Committee, and has been awarded
the prestigious Spike award for membership recruitment. Butch
also strives to educate young people on the debilitating effects
of drugs in our community.
Promoting a high degree of communication to ensure
that the customer is well informed at all times, Palmetto Custom
Construction makes specifications available and performs on-site
